My name is Ken Vander Eyk, Principal owner of Discovery Property Inspections. I entered the field of Home Inspections after 25 years of being involved in building construction. I have worked with various building trades, gaining valuable experience in residential, commercial and agricultural structures.

Currently I am:
a member of CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors),
an applicant member with OAHI (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors),
a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
As a member of these different associations, I continue to keep up to date on any changes in home inspections through courses and countless online reference materials.
