Mortgage brokers work for the borrower not the lenders. We assess a clients' needs then assist with determining which mortgage is best suited to those needs. No fee is charged to fully qualified borrowers. The lenders pay the broker a commission. Mortgages are also arranged for 'unqualified' borrowers, however those borrowers may be required to pay lender and brokerage fees. Fees, if charged, are always disclosed up-front.

Mortgages arranged for first time home buyers, buyers up-sizing or down-sizing, investors for rental properties, multi-family homes or apartments, cottage purchase and commercial lending.

Initial consultation is always provided at no cost to the borrower.
