MEMPHIS STYLE SMOKE HOUSE

After a long awaited vacation the owners packed their bags and took off to the birthplace of B.B. King and authentic southern BBQ: Memphis. Their excitement drove them to over thirty restaurants during their one month stay, scouring the city for the BBQ experience of a lifetime. They found it in a tiny joint off of Beale Street, with secret recipes handed down over three generations. And they brought it back home to Toronto with them.
